Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for items based on customer selection (size, design, quantity, etc.). As all details are carefully confirmed at the time of purchase, we rely on customers to make informed choices. Therefore, we cannot accept exchanges due to selection errors.
Order Cancellation
Our products are custom-made and tailored to your specifications.
- If you need to cancel or modify your order, kindly email us immediately after placing it.
- Requests must be made within 6 hours, before production begins.
- Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. In some cases, replacements may be considered depending on the situation.
Return & Refund Policy
Our policy is valid for 30 days after delivery. Beyond this period, orders are deemed accepted and no refunds will be issued.
Refunds are eligible in the following cases:
- Product arrives damaged or broken.
- Wrong product design, size, or material received.
- Product does not match the description.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unmodified.
- Include original tags and packaging.
- Not show defects caused by misuse or customer alteration.
Proof Required for Refunds
- Shipping label/receipt
- Proof of purchase
- Evidence of defective items (photos/videos)
- Relevant email correspondence with Oomium
Return & Refund Process
- Email your refund request to [email protected] with required documentation.
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions.
- Send your return package with a traceable carrier and provide us with the tracking number or a receipt photo.
- Refunds are processed only after we confirm receipt and eligibility.
Do not return items without prior confirmation. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed, and lost packages are not refundable.
Cost of Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Exceptions: If the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, Oomium will cover the return cost.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive your package.
- Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 15 business days to appear in your account.
- If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at [email protected]
