Thank you for your purchase from Oomium. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
1. Return & Refund Window
Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. After this 30-day period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligible Conditions for Return & Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement if:
- The product is damaged or shattered upon arrival.
- The product you received is significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect design, size, or material).
- The product differs from how it was described on our website.
3. Ineligible Conditions for Return & Refund
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds if the item(s):
- Have been worn, washed, or modified.
- Are not in their original condition or packaging.
- Are missing original tags.
- Have minor cosmetic issues such as redundant threads that can be easily repaired.
4. How to Request a Return & Refund
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photo/video evidence of the product’s condition.
- Await Confirmation: Our customer support team will respond within 2-3 business days with instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Once you receive our confirmation, please carefully package the item and send it back using a traceable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Provide Tracking: To ensure your return is processed, please send us the tracking number from the carrier. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Order Cancellation & Modifications
You can request to cancel or modify your order by contacting us immediately after placing it. We can accommodate changes within 6 hours before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for items based on customer selection errors (e.g., incorrect size or design choice). We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before placing it.
7. Refund Processing
- Timeline: Once we receive your returned package and inspect the item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies.
- Shipping Fees: If the return is due to a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we will refund the initial shipping fee. However, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

- Do not return items without prior email confirmation from our support team.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. Please use a traceable carrier and consider shipping insurance.
