We offer a fast and reliable shipping service for all U.S. orders, with a flat rate of $5.99 per order. At this time, deliveries to U.S. military bases are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How Long Until I Receive My Package?
Total delivery time typically ranges from 4 to 17 business days, depending on the item ordered. This includes our 1-5 business days for handling and production. Please allow for possible delays during peak seasons or holidays.
Do You Offer International Shipping?
Yes. Oomium proudly provides print-on-demand services to customers across the United States and worldwide.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept secure payments through PayPal and Stripe. At checkout, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment page where you can complete your purchase safely — either by logging into your PayPal account or by entering your credit/debit card details via Stripe.

Can I Modify My Order?
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Please double-check all details, including product specifications, sizes, designs, and shipping address, before finalizing your purchase. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect selections.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. If your order has already entered processing or shipping, cancellation may not be possible. Please note that cancellations are subject to a 10% management, processing, and transaction fee of the total order value.

Can I Request a Return or Refund?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage in transit).
What Is the Time Frame for Returns?

I Have Not Received My Order. What Should I Do?
If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check around your property carefully.
