1. Payment Methods

  • Oomium accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) and PayPal for all purchases.
  • All payments are processed in full at the time of checkout.

2. Sales Tax & Customs

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and included for orders shipped within the state where Oomium is legally registered.
  • Customs, Duties, & VAT: For international orders, all customs fees, duties, and any applicable Value Added Taxes (VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are non-refundable.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, delivery destination, and the weight of your order.
  • We offer both standard and expedited shipping options.

4. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • You may request an order cancellation or modification within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered the production or fulfillment process.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • We will cover return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged, wrong, or defective item).
